A reliable insider informed the ANI news agency about the passing of Leelu Sidhwani, as Ritesh Sidhwani and his inner circle, which included Farhan Akhtar and his partner Shibani Dandekar, were swiftly at the hospital to pay their respects.
Several other celebrities, such as the experienced songwriter Javed Akhtar, director Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, and actors Chunky Panday, Malaika Arora, along with her sibling Amrita Arora, were also present to bid farewell.
Ritesh Sidhwani, who co-founded Excel Entertainment with Farhan Akhtar, kickstarted his career in the film industry with the award-winning movie Dil Chahta Hai in 2001. Since then, Excel Entertainment has evolved into a prominent production house, creating successful series like Inside Edge (2017), which was a finalist for Best Drama Series at the 46th International Emmy Awards.
